Tyler LaBauch, Practice Manager

Lauren Cunningham, FNP-C
Experience
Lauren Cunningham is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She most recently practiced in primary care serving children, teens, and adults and helping her patients manage/treat a multitude of acute and chronic conditions. Her prior nursing experience includes both inpatient and outpatient experience in hospice, oncology and medical/surgery.

Lauren started her career in nursing by completing her associate degree at Cabarrus College of Health Science in 2007. After several years, Lauren’s passion for the nursing profession and love of patient care lead her to pursue higher level nursing degrees including a second undergraduate nursing degree from Cabarrus College of Health Sciences and then her completion of her masters degree through South University in Savannah, GA.
Personal Life
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family including her husband, 2 children and dog. She loves spending time outdoors including hiking, four wheeling, and kayaking.
SaraBeth Beatty, FNP-C

SaraBeth Beatty is a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner with a comprehensive and diverse background in nursing. Throughout her career, SaraBeth has amassed extensive experience in various nursing specialties, including cardiovascular, surgical, emergency room (ER), wound care, pediatrics, and ventilator care. Her time as a travel nurse allowed her to work in a wide array of healthcare settings, adapting quickly and delivering exceptional care to patients across the country.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, SaraBeth integrates her diverse nursing background to provide holistic and patient-centered care. Her expertise across multiple specialties ensures she can meet the complex needs of her patients, offering comprehensive assessments, treatments, and ongoing support.

Outside of their professional life, SaraBeth is married to a veteran, and together they have three wonderful children. The family cherishes spending quality time together and has a particular love for vacations on cruises, creating lasting memories on their adventures.
Victoria Welch, PA-C
Experience
Victoria Welch is a Board-certified Physician Assistant since 2014 practicing in both pediatrics and family medicine. Speaking both English and Spanish, she enjoys being able to eliminate some of the barriers with patient care created by language differences. She strives to make every patient feel that they are heard and cared for.

After graduating as a double major in Biology and Spanish at Gardner-Webb University, Victoria completed her Master's of Physician Assistant Studies at Wingate University. She first started her professional career in pediatrics at local clinics in Charlotte and in Northern VA before transitioning into Family Medicine with Novant Health locally.
Personal Life
Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and their two dogs, Simba and Nala. She most of all loves to travel with her family to various places both domestically and internationally.
Brittney Thompkins, Medical Assistant

Brittney Thompkins is a Certified Medical Assistant. Prior to joining IndyCare she worked for 5 years at Rowan Diagnostic Clinic gaining experience in primary care, urgent care, pulmonology and rheumatology.

Brittney graduated from Wilkes Community College in Wilkesboro North Carolina with an Associate’s Degree in Medical Assisting.

Brittney is a Disney Cinderella fanatic and in her free time enjoys traveling with her two children and family. Her favorite things in the world are chocolate and coffee!
